We got great value for our money at Residences Old South. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light. The location was excellent, with easy access to our daughter's flat and within walking distance of museums, the city center, and various shops and restaurants. The staff at Cityden were helpful and responsive, especially when we had initial issues with the TV channels and windows.

Food for breakfast could be better.

We especially loved being steps away from the vibrant Albert Cuypt market and Sarphatipark. The option of having two bathrooms, with the choice of a shower or bathtub, was a pleasant surprise. The apartment was also equipped with Netflix for some cozy nights in. Though there were a few minor issues, like limited seating in the sitting area and the smoking area passing through the bedroom, these were easily resolved with a doormat and some cushions. The responsiveness of the management, especially when we expressed concerns about the steep stairs for our young children, was commendable. They offered alternative accommodations or provided baby gates to ensure our safety and comfort. we highly recommend Residences Old South for a great holiday experience.
